Return & Refund Policy
Voveyla aims for complete customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary, and if so, we want to make this process as smooth as possible under the following conditions:
Return & Refund Conditions:
- Timeframe: You must submit claims for refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Product Issues: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not matching the product design advertised on our website.
- Wrong Product or Missing Item: If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order.
- Design Discrepancy: For products that significantly differ from the advertised design.

Sizing Issues (Excludes Custom Shoe Designs)
- For standard products, if the size is unsatisfactory, we offer a one-time free size exchange.
- Custom Shoe Designs: We do not offer size exchanges for custom shoe designs as these are custom-made based on your selected size. Please carefully review your size choice before placing your order.

Package Lost: If your package is lost in transit and there's no update on the tracking information for over:
- 30 days for standard shipping
- 18 days for express shipping
- Delivery Discrepancy: If the tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please provide proof of the loss from the local carrier and contact us within 15 days.
Ineligible for Refund or Exchange:
- Custom shoe designs are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product significantly differs from the approved mockup or there is a major defect. Minor discrepancies due to the custom manufacturing process do not qualify for returns.
- Address Errors: We cannot offer a refund or exchange for shipments affected by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Express Shipping: Orders with express shipping selected but without a provided phone number.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If the local carrier has made delivery attempts or if the item was left unattended and not collected.
- Customs and Clearance Delays: Holds due to customs clearance processes are beyond our control.
- Logistical Disruptions: We are not liable for delays caused by political unrest, natural disasters, military controls, war, health pandemics, or other severe events.
Customer’s Responsibility:
- Shipping for Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Exchange Limitations: We do not honor exchanges for size differences greater than two sizes from the original order.
Return and Refund Process:
- Please contact us at info@voveyla.com with your order number and detailed reason for return or exchange, along with photographic evidence of the product received.
- In case of a design issue, please include a photo that clearly shows the discrepancy.
- Upon receipt of your email, our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.
Please Note: Exchanges or returns due to incorrect sizing or customer change of mind are subject to our restocking fee and shipping will not be reimbursed.

Shipping Cost Calculation:
- The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- For Standard Shipping, the minimum cost is $8. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $100.
Shipping Options:
- For faster delivery, we offer an Express Shipping option, which can be selected and calculated at checkout.

Custom Shoe Design Shipping
For custom shoe designs, please be aware that production time may extend the shipping timeframe. We estimate that custom orders will take 2-3 days to create a mockup before production begins, with an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery after approval, depending on the shipping method you select.
- Approval Delays: Shipping will only begin once the mockup is approved by you. Please ensure timely approval to avoid extended production and delivery times.
Ineligible for Refund or Exchange:
- Address Errors: We cannot offer a refund or exchange for shipments affected by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Express Shipping: Orders with express shipping selected but without a provided phone number.

- Deliveries to remote areas may face significant delays. Some locations may require 2-3 months for delivery. Voveyla cannot guarantee timely delivery to these addresses. Please verify if your location is considered remote on the shipping company’s official website.
Peak Seasons Notice:
- During peak selling seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc., expect potential delays due to increased package volumes and limited shipping capacity. Shipping costs may also fluctuate. We will communicate any updates regarding this via our website and email notifications. Please stay informed to avoid any surprises.

- Ensure your address and contact information are accurate and complete.
- Be aware of and respond to any delivery attempts or notifications from the carrier.
- Monitor your email and our website for any updates regarding shipping, especially during high-volume seasons.
